Hey everyone! Today, we’re diving into some dynamic TRX breathing exercises that are super effective yet simple. We’re focusing on the W-Row—breathe in as you move, and then breathe all the way out as you hold.
Here's the breakdown:
Starting position: Lean back, get ready to move.
Move and breathe in: Feel that inhale as you pull into the W-Row.
Hold and breathe out: Exhale completely as you hold the position.
Typically, we go for a set of 10, holding for however long it takes to finish your breath. So, breathe all the way out—1, 2, 3 seconds, nice and steady.
