You don’t need to start over. You need to understand what your body needs and learn how to make it work within a busy schedule.
-
You eat fairly well but aren’t seeing the results you expect.
-
You want to look more toned and fit into your clothes.
-
You know you should eat more protein, but consistency is hard.
-
You’re tired of cutting calories every time progress stalls.
-
You want to understand macros without becoming obsessed with numbers.
-
Your body seems to be responding differently than it used to.
-
You’re navigating changes through your 30s, 40s or 50s and want a practical approach.
-
You strength train or want strength to become part of your lifestyle.
-
You want accountability, guidance and someone to help you adjust when real life happens.
The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to build something you can keep doing.
MY APPROACH
Nutrition should support your life — not take it over.
We’ll use nutrition, macro awareness, strength-supportive fueling, habit change and accountability to build a strategy around your real life.
This isn’t about following a perfect meal plan or hitting your numbers flawlessly every day. It’s about understanding what your body needs, recognizing the patterns that affect your progress, and learning how to adjust without constantly starting over.
Together we'll work on:
Fuel with purpose
Learn how much your body actually needs and how protein, carbohydrates and fats support your goals.
Build better meals
Create meals around foods you enjoy instead of relying on a rigid list of “good” and “bad” foods
Support your strength
Use nutrition to help preserve and build muscle, fuel training and recover well.
Create sustainable habits
Work on the behaviors that matter most for you — whether that’s protein, planning, hydration, sleep, recovery or consistency.
Adjust when life happens
Restaurants, weekends, vacations and busy workdays are part of life. Your nutrition strategy needs to work through them too.
Track. Review. Adjust. Practice. Repeat.

Strength-Supportive Nutrition
We’ll consider how you train, recover and fuel so the goal is not simply weight loss — it’s supporting a strong body.
You’ll leave with more than a set of macro numbers. The goal is to understand how to manage your nutrition without needing someone to tell you what to eat forever.
HOW IT WORKS
Twelve weeks to learn, practice and build confidence.
This isn’t a 12-week crash diet. We’ll use the time to understand what works for you, make adjustments based on real data, and build skills you can continue using after coaching ends.
WEEKS 1–4 — BUILD THE FOUNDATION
We’ll establish your starting calories and macros, learn your normal eating patterns, identify your biggest opportunities, and build the first habits that support your goals. You’ll have short weekly check-ins during this phase for extra support.
WEEKS 5–8 — REFINE & ADJUST
We’ll review your progress, hunger, energy, training, and consistency. If something isn’t working, we adjust it. You’ll keep practicing how to make your nutrition work through busy weeks, restaurants, weekends, and real life.
WEEKS 9–12 — BUILD INDEPENDENCE
The goal is for you to understand your nutrition — not rely on a coach forever. We’ll focus on consistency, troubleshooting, and creating a strategy you feel confident continuing beyond the program.
By the end of 12 weeks, you should know more than what your macros are. You should understand what to do when life doesn’t go according to plan.
ABOUT MERI
I know what it’s like to work hard and still feel like nutrition is the missing piece.
I came to nutrition coaching through both coaching experience and personal experience.
After years in the fitness world, I realized that training hard was only one part of the equation. Learning how to consistently fuel my body, track macros, prioritize protein, and build realistic habits changed the way I thought about nutrition.
It also changed the way I coach.
I understand busy schedules, workouts, responsibilities, social events, and the days when doing everything “perfectly” simply isn’t realistic.
That’s exactly why I don’t coach perfection.
My goal is to help women understand their nutrition well enough that healthy choices become more manageable, flexible, and sustainable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A few things you may be wondering.
Do I have to track macros?
Macro tracking is one of the tools we can use, but the goal is not to make you obsessed with numbers. We’ll use tracking to build awareness, identify patterns and help you understand what supports your goals.
Do I need to strength train?
You do not need to be an experienced lifter or CrossFit athlete. Strength is part of my coaching philosophy because preserving and building muscle matters for long-term health and body composition. We’ll work with the fitness level and training environment that make sense for you.
Do I need a body scan?
No. We can track progress using body weight, measurements, photos, clothing fit, energy, performance and consistency. If you have access to a body-composition scan, I’m happy to review it with you.
Do you give me a meal plan?
I’ll provide meal ideas, grocery guidance and examples to help you meet your targets, but the goal is not to hand you a rigid menu. I want you to learn how to make your own nutrition work in real life.
What happens after 12 weeks?
We’ll review your progress and decide what makes sense next. Some clients may feel ready to continue independently, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching.
Is this medical nutrition treatment?
No. Nutrition coaching provides education, accountability, habit support and general nutrition guidance. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for care from a registered dietitian or healthcare provider.
